Hirobaso Social

Hirobaso is a white-label social engagement SaaS for sports betting, casino, and gaming operators. It adds a full community layer — feeds, tips, leaderboards, achievements, and gamification — to any existing platform without operators building any of it themselves.

Hirobaso — We Built the Social Layer iGaming Operators Have Been Avoiding

The most common thing we hear from betting and casino operators is some version of the same sentence: "We know we need a community, we just haven't gotten to it yet."

They're not wrong to want one. The platforms that do it well — the ones where users come back not just to bet but to talk, to follow someone, to see where they rank — those platforms have measurably better retention. But building it requires months of engineering time on something that isn't your core product, and once you build it, you own it forever.

We built Hirobaso to solve that. It's a white-label social engagement platform that embeds directly into any betting or casino product. Operators get a full community layer — feeds, tipster leaderboards, gamification, real-time interactions — without writing any of the infrastructure. Users see it as a native part of the platform they're already on.

The feed is where it starts

When users land on a platform with Hirobaso running, they see a live social feed. Tipsters post their analysis, share bet slips, and build a following. Other users react, comment, follow the tipsters they trust, and occasionally add a bet directly to their own slip from the feed. It moves in real time — no refresh, no delay.

The dynamic is simple but effective. Users who find a tipster they trust come back to see what that tipster posts next. That habit is worth more than any welcome bonus.

Leaderboards turn passive users into participants

Every operator configures their own leaderboard logic — ROI, win rate, volume, or a custom combination. Rankings run weekly, monthly, and all-time. The top tipsters gain status; their followers gain an information edge; and everyone else has a reason to post more consistently to climb the table.

This is the mechanism that converts lurkers into contributors. Even users who never post follow the leaderboard. It gives the platform a pulse — something happening every week that isn't tied to a promotion.

Gamification gives users a personal reason to stay

Points, XP levels, badges, and achievement unlocks are all configured per operator. The defaults work well, but operators can decide exactly which behaviors they want to reward. Posting tips, hitting accuracy targets, reaching follower milestones, maintaining winning streaks — any of these can trigger achievements and point awards that operators can tie directly to platform bonuses or free bets.

The effect is that users have a personal narrative running in the background. They're not just using a betting platform — they're building a track record on it.

Profiles make that track record visible

Every user gets a social profile showing their post history, follower and following counts, achievement showcase, and point totals. Tipsters get an extended view with their accuracy stats and a follower feed. Profiles are always public within the tenant, and they drive follow behavior more than any other feature.

When a new user arrives and sees another user with 400 followers and a documented history of winning tips, they immediately understand the social dynamic. They want to be that person. That's the retention mechanic.

Everything runs under your brand

Hirobaso is invisible to users. It runs under the operator's domain, with the operator's colors and identity. Users never see the Hirobaso name unless the operator chooses to show it. Each operator gets a fully isolated environment — user data, content, moderation settings, and gamification rules are all separate between tenants.

Adding it to an existing platform takes one server-side API call to register users and a script tag on the page. No frontend rebuild, no SDK, no new authentication system. Existing users are available in the social layer from the first day.

What we shipped

Hirobaso v1.0 is live. The current product covers the community feed, tipster profiles, leaderboards, reactions, follows, gamification, AI-assisted content moderation, and a full operator backoffice for managing users, content, and settings.

The next release adds bet result integration — operators push outcomes via API, and Hirobaso automatically updates leaderboard points and triggers achievement checks — along with virtual betslip sharing for tipsters.
